VELINA Jewelry is handmade and every piece is created with specific attention to detail. Therefore, all of our jewelry requires delicate handling. Our materials are imported from all over the world. With all natural materials, appearance may vary slightly. This is merely the beauty of how the earth creates its own beautiful things. We recommend you do not wear your jewelry in the shower or ocean, while climbing through the rainforest or skydiving, while baby-sitting, and other uncontrolled activities. Exposure to water and other harsh environments (including lotion, hairspray, cologne, etc.) may cause the materials’ appearance to change. We are not responsible for tarnished items. To keep your VELINA Jewelry looking new, we strongly suggest keeping it in a VELINA pouch.
Please read our JEWELRY CARE stated above. In the case of an unfortunate event, we will be happy to repair your jewelry, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the broken item is returned back to us. Repairs are subject to shipping charges. We want you to love the feel of wearing your VELINA Jewelry, so if a piece fits anything less than comfortably, let us know! Once your order is processed, please allow us 7-10 business days for all orders to ship. In some instances, production may take longer depending on material availability. If this is the case, you will be notified by email. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please email info@velinajewelry.com.
Orders will be shipped via UPS. All shipping rates include tracking. We ship worldwide! Once an International order reaches customs, we are no longer able to track the package and have no control over how long the package takes to go through customs. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes on international shipments.

Our hope is that every customer is in love with their jewelry selection. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange an item for store credit within 10 days of when you receive it. We ask that you send your receipt back with the item you wish to exchange. We cannot send store credit until we receive the item you are returning. All exchanges are subject to shipping fees.
